Over the year Arts programs that support such classes like general art, ceramics, music, and theater have been dramatically cut in schools across the nation. I believe that one of the things that makes us the nation that we are is not only our army, wealth, and diversity, but our art as well. A world without art is dull and boring and will do nothing but hurt our future. This blog is to show the overalll importance of these programsand why they should be supported just as much, to more than any other school based programs.

These videos explain exactly the issue I am trying to address. Art programs in our schools should be incouraged because art is the one skill that we can learn that makes us an individual. Everyone can do the same math homework and get the same answers. O JOY. Art, on the other hand is never the same. No two pieces of art are exactly the same and I think that is what makes us different from eachother.
